President of the Supreme Islamic Council of Algeria

We hope that the Ummah will be united and cooperative; not in the form of the caliphate that some of them dream of, but in the form of understanding and solidarity in all areas.

The vast majority of Muslims are conscious of the extent of resentment related to the occupation of their lands, the encroachment on their sanctities and the denial of their rights.

The output of this conference will be of great value, if the participants can take a united stance, not to wage war on others, but to protect their countries and citizens.
