Algerian Prime Minister receives the Secretary General of the Muslim World League

Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia received the Secretary General of the Muslim World League Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Al Issa, who is on an official visit to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
The PM discussed with the Secretary General of the Rabita a number of issues of mutual interest and ways of coordination and bilateral cooperation between the MWL and their Algerian counterpart in the same line of activities. The PM praised the role of the Muslim World League.
The Algerian Religious Affairs and endowments’ Minister Dr. Mohamed Issa, received the Secretary General of the Rabita; they discussed issues of mutual interest and ways of cooperation and bilateral coordination.
During these meetings, the Secretary General highlighted the important role borne by those who carry Sharia and intellectual responsibilities of immunizing youths and confronting the incubators of extremism and terrorism.
His Excellency also stressed the importance of scholars’ effective and influential presence on all the platforms of influence and guidance along with the commitment to provide optimal training of the educator. This must be implemented within the framework of educational curricula that instill awareness of the concepts of true religion. He mentioned the recommendations of last year Rabita’s conference held during Hajj that adopted curricula on Islamic values and humanities. The effective delivery of this material can only be done through the optimal formation of the teacher.
