The Southeast Asian Ulama Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur at the invitation of the Secretary General of the Muslim World League Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa under the patronage of the Malaysian Prime Minister. It was an historic Islamic gathering of the region’s leading scholars.
