His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, makes a brotherly visit to His Excellency Sheikh Abdallah bin Bayyah, the Chairman of the Emirates Fatwa Council

As part of his visit to the Moroccan capital Rabat, to inaugurate the conference of the League of Islamic Universities hosted by ICESCO and to celebrate reaching 3 million visitors to the branch of the Prophet's Biography Museum in Rabat:
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, makes a brotherly visit to His Excellency Sheikh Abdallah bin Bayyah, the Chairman of the Emirates Fatwa Council, at his home in the capital Rabat.
During the meeting, Sheikh bin Bayyah handed Dr. Al-Issa the volumes of the conference: "Emergency Jurisprudence: Features of Post-Coronavirus Pandemic Fiqh (Jurisprudence)," which was organized at the time by the Emirates Fatwa Council in cooperation with the Muslim World League.
