In an event of the Arakan Rohingya Union, the official representative of the Rohingya cause, and on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York, the Union awarded its international award for this year to His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa.
The award was granted for his exceptional support of the Rohingya issue through distinguished religious diplomacy.
The award was received on behalf of Dr. Al-Issa by Mr. Muath Al-Amari, Advisor and Representative of the MWL in the United States of America.
