At the MWL’s office in Riyadh, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Alissa , Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with a delegation from the Republic of Chad, headed by His Excellency Dr. Tom Erdimi, Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, and His Excellency Mr. Mahamadou Qana Bouker, Advisor to the President of the Republic on Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation. During the meeting, several issues related to Islamic education in the African continent were discussed, including the educational projects of the MWL there, and the importance of education in the stability and prosperity of nations was emphasized. The delegation included: His Excellency Dr. Noreen Suleiman Noreen, Secretary-General, Deputy at the Ministry of Higher Education, His Excellency Dr. Mahamat Boukhari Hassan, Rector of King Faisal University in the Republic of Chad, and His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Sharaf al-Din Salem, the President of the Virtual University.
