His Excellency Sheikh Dr. MohammedAl-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Bukhari, the Grand Imam of Jama Masjid in New Delhi

At the Muslim World League (MWL) headquarters in Makkah, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. MohammedAl-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Bukhari, the Grand Imam of Jama Masjid in New Delhi. During the meeting, they discussed several topics of Islamic Affairs. Sheikh Bukhari praised Dr. Al-Issa's visit to India for its significant impact on Muslims within Indian society, particularly noting Dr. Al-Issa's lectures and meetings with politicians, religious leaders, and parliamentarians. Sheikh Bukhari also commended the sermon delivered by Dr. Al-Issa at the Jama Masjid, one of the Indian subcontinent's largest mosques. This event was noteworthy as Dr. Al-Issa is the first Islamic figure from outside India to deliver a sermon and lead prayer there in 400 years, highlighting his significant Islamic and international presence and the MWL's global message.
