His Excellency Mr. Bajram Begaj, President of the Republic of Albania, awarded His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, the 'Mother Teresa' Decoration, the highest award in Albania. The decoration was presented at the Presidential Palace in the capital, Tirana. Mother Teresa, of Albanian descent, is considered an icon in Albania and holds a special place in the hearts of the Albanian people.
