His Excellency Sheikh Dr.Mohammed Alissa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL), accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Umaro Sissoco Embaló, President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, inaugurated the national Quranic Beacons of Light competition, organized by the Muslim World League.
