The Muslim World League concluded the Forum with the graduation of the first cohort of the “Qur’anic Ijazah Authentication Certificate Program,” which comprised a distinguished group of male and female memorizers of the Holy Qur’an who received Ijazah with the continuous chain of transmission extending back to the Imams of Qur’anic recitation. The ceremony also celebrated the completion of the Qur’anic Ijazah recitation by one of the memorizers, with the continuous chain of transmission extending back to the early Imams of recitation—marking a significant milestone in his journey of serving the Book of Allah.
