At the National Palace in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, H.E. Dato' Sri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, received H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars.
