Earlier today at his office, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with H.E. Dr. Muhammad Umar Koni, Minister of Religious Affairs and Worship in the Republic of Mali.
