His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with the delegation of the Iraqi Fiqh Council, headed by Sheikh Dr. Dhiyauddin Abdullah Al-Saleh

At the MWL’s headquarters in Makkah, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with the delegation of the Iraqi Fiqh Council, headed by Sheikh Dr. Dhiyauddin Abdullah Al-Saleh.
The meeting discussed several topics of common interest and avenues of cooperation between the MWL and the council. Dr. Al-Saleh expressed his appreciation of the MWL’s efforts to reconcile viewpoints between Muslims and between Muslims and followers of other faiths, commending its hosting of the Forum of the Iraqi Religious Scholars in Makkah.
He valued the great care and service of the Two Holy Mosques by the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting the exceptionally successful Hajj season this year.
