In New Delhi, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary General of the MWL, Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Asghar Ali Imam Mahdi Salafi, the Ameer of Jamiate Ahle Hadeeth in India

In New Delhi, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary General of the MWL, Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Asghar Ali Imam Mahdi Salafi, the Ameer of Jamiate Ahle Hadeeth in India, along with several scholars and leaders of the Jamiate.
The meeting dealt with a number of issues related to Islamic affairs in the Indian subcontinent. Sheikh Dr. Salafi praised the efforts of the  MuslimWorldLeague in promoting joint Islamic action, strengthening the relations between Muslim scholars of different sects, as well as promoting concepts of coexistence among various societies around the world, and warning against the dangers of extremism.
His Eminence affirmed raising awareness of those values is among the priorities of the Jamiate, and that it is working to spread the Charter of Makkah, which he described as a historical document, in which the scholars of the Islamic Ummah highlighted the true message of our religion in important contemporary issues.
