Alongside Dr. Al-Issa's invitation to serve as this year's guest of honor, the Legislative Dialogue was presided over by His Majesty the King of Spain, with the presence of senior human rights activists, legislative and ministerial leaders, and presidents of constitutional councils and courts from Europe, Central, and South America.
