The High-Level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York under the chairmanship of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic, represented—with its success and the rallying of nations around it—a victory for the voice of wisdom, justice, and values over the machine of war, destruction, and arrogance, and marked a decisive historical shift in the course of the Palestinian cause and the recognition of the legal and historical rights of the Palestinian people.
