His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa delivered the official Eid Al-Fitr sermon of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at the King Faisal Mosque

At the invitation of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, delivered the official Eid Al-Fitr sermon of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at the King Faisal Mosque in Islamabad:

“Every Muslim takes pride in their religion, yet true pride is demonstrated through actions. While every Muslim is eager to safeguard the reputation of their faith, the genuine measure of this eagerness lies in our ability to serve as exemplary ambassadors of our religion across the globe, wherever we may go and travel.

Many Muslims have significantly influenced the call to Islam through their deeds before their words. They have corrected misconceptions about their faith and addressed the ignorant and biased by exemplifying high Islamic conduct, thus reflecting the true essence of Islam.

While we celebrate Eid, let us not forget the suffering of our brethren in Gaza, afflicted by aggression and arrogance. We pray to Allah Almighty to alleviate their suffering and to punish those who have wronged them.

If we inquire into the reasons behind a nation's predominance, the development of communities, the excellence of a generation, or a family's success, the answer clearly lies in effective parenting, led by a capable woman.

No one has abused Islam more than those who, through their ignorance, misleading teachings, prejudice, or misconduct, misuse the name of Islam, effectively leveling false accusations against it.

The beloved people of Pakistan have set a noble Islamic example of Dawah. They are a remarkable role model in noble and good manners, embodying a model of deeply-rooted faith through both words and actions. They serve as a powerful and effective force within the nation.”
