His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Alissa, who serves as both the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and the Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, witnessed the signing of an agreement between the MWL and the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims. This agreement includes activating the principles of the Charter Of Makkah, implementing Arabic language instruction, promoting Islamic and patriotic awareness, and enhancing relations between Muslims in Africa and the Islamic world.
