At the invitation of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition imctcen, H.E. Sheikh Dr.Mohammed Al-issa , Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, delivered a lecture entitled, “A Reading into the Transformations of Contemporary Intellectual Ideology,” to representatives of the member states.
