H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the MWL and the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Rwanda

H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the MWL and the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Rwanda to advance the objectives of the Charter of Makkah and promote the Arabic language.

A separate memorandum of understanding was also signed with the Ministry of Social Affairs to support a project aimed at restoring widows’ homes, in the presence of MWL leaders and ministerial representatives from the Republic of Rwanda.
