His excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa met the Secretary Gen. of the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies, Mr. Jagan Chapagain. He praised Dr. Al-Issa's efforts in promoting common values and the League's efforts in helping those affected by the pandemic.
