It establishes an unprecedented phase of active empowerment for women to exercise this right, receiving historic endorsement from senior muftis of the Ummah, leading scholars, their jurisprudential councils, and gaining support from representatives of Islamic bodies and councils, academic institutions, international organizations—both governmental and non-governmental—and prominent global activists. Among these supporters is the internationally acclaimed advocate for girls' education and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Ms. Malala Yousafzai.
