His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa , the Secretary 
-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, commences “the International Museum of the Holy Quran” project from its headquarters in Makkah in the presence of distinguished scholars. A first of its kind museum in Islamic history, which will be followed by other branches all across the world, several of which are intended to address followers of other faiths. The museum will introduce the values of the holy Quran, its wise legislation, scientific miracles, and historic manuscripts; as well as spread Quranic studies, organize enriching conferences, lectures and dialogues, and answer questions about the meanings of the verses of the Holy Quran.
