Latest NewsThe Muslim World League continues its efforts to strengthen the unity of the Islamic Ummah, reject the causes of division and discord, and promote the values of respect and mutual understanding among the various Islamic schools of thought. It does so through its conferences, initiatives, and programs, in fulfillment of the commitments embodied in the Charter of Building Bridges between Islamic Schools of Thought and Sects, launched by the MWL from the unifying Qiblah of all Muslims: Makkah.
The Charter witnessed exceptional participation from leading Islamic figures, including Grand Muftis and scholars representing the various Islamic schools of thought, alongside high-level attendance by representatives of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), its Secretary-General, and their Eminences and Excellencies among the secretaries and members of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy in Jeddah and the Islamic Fiqh Council of the MWL.
