The Muslim World League (MWL) congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the success of the 1443 AH Hajj season. The MWL praised the outstanding administration of the Hajj plan which efficiently and safely dealt with the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic and its repercussions while fully maintaining the highest standards of health and safety among pilgrims. 

In a statement delivered by its Secretary General, Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, the MWL confirmed that the Islamic world placed great value in the organization and success of this year’s pilgrimage. Sheikh Dr. Al-Issa noted that the MWL received praise from religious leaders around the world and scholars of the Islamic world for the great services provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense – may Allah protect them. Religious leaders and Islamic scholars expressed their great appreciation for the efforts made by the Kingdom to serve the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims, and the amenities and care it provides for the pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease in safety and serenity. 

Sheikh Dr. Al-Issa asked Allah Almighty to grant the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince the best of reward, and to accept from the pilgrims their Hajj and return them to their countries and their families safely, wishing the entire Muslim world all the best.
