His Excellency Sheikh Dr.Mohammed Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met in New Delhi with His Eminence Maulana Mahmood Madani, President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind. They discussed several topics of common interest, including Islamic affairs in the Indian subcontinent. Maulana Madani welcomed Dr. Al-Issa on his historic visit to India, and valued the efforts of the MWL in clarifying the true message of Islam and combating hate speech and extremism.
