This statement reaffirms the dual objectives of the conferences: to foster understanding and cooperation among Islamic sects towards achieving shared objectives, particularly concerning significant issues facing the Muslim community.

The conferences also seek to address and counter the narratives, slogans, and behaviors promoting extremism within different schools of thought and sects. Such extremism has led to conflicts and clashes, undermining the values of Islamic brotherhood and tarnishing the reputation of Islam and Muslims. The goal is to highlight the unique characteristics of each sect while firmly rejecting any forms of abuse and contempt.
