Ahmad Muzani, Speaker of Indonesia’s People’s Consultative Assembly

His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa received His Excellency Mr. Ahmad Muzani, Speaker of Indonesia’s People’s Consultative Assembly at the MWL’s headquarters in Makkah. He was accompanied by a delegation, including distinguished religious leaders from the Indonesian Ulema Council, Nahdlatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and members of parliament.

Over the course of the meeting they discussed strengthening joint Islamic cooperation between the two sides. His Excellency Mr. Muzani commended the role entrusted to the MWL in this Islamic mission and expressed appreciation for its significant and ongoing achievements around the world.
