His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, laid the foundation of Awelia Aid and Development Organization building in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa

An integrated 17-storey multi-purpose complex, representing a qualitative transformation in the programs of the Academy and the lives of its affiliates: His Excellency Sheikh Dr.  Mohammad Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, laid the foundation of The Awelia Aid and Development Organization building in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, in the presence of His Eminence the President of the Ethiopian Islamic Affairs Supreme Council, His Eminence the Grand Mufti, Her Excellency the Mayor of Addis Ababa as well as several scholars, academics, students and the elites of the Ethiopian community.
