His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Alissa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, delivered the Friday sermon at the invitation of the head of the Islamic Sheikhdom and the Grand Mufti of the Republic of Albania.
