His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Bujar Spahiu, Grand Mufti of Albania and President of the Albanian Islamic Community

As part of the framework of launching the initiative on #GirlsEducationMatters in Muslim Communities:
At his residence in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with His Eminence Sheikh Bujar Spahiu, Grand Mufti of Albania and President of the Albanian Islamic Community.
Dr. Al-Issa commended the Sharia-based insights contributed by His Eminence the Mufti during the conference’s central and pivotal "Scholars’ Session," which addressed several controversies concerning girls’ education. He further recognized His Eminence’s significant contribution to the conference, which garnered substantial support and participation from the Pakistani government—through sponsorship and high attendance—the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, international Fiqh councils and academies, ministers of education and higher education, as well as officials from educational institutions in Islamic countries and relevant international governmental and non-governmental organizations.
