In his office, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Alissa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with H.E. Mr. Saidou Mamadou, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Technological Innovation in the Republic of Niger.
