H.E. Muhammad Samir Al-Naqshbandi, Iraq's Consul General to Saudi Arabia

At the MWL’s headquarters in Makkah, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. MohammedAlissa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, met with H.E. Muhammad Samir Al-Naqshbandi, the Consul General of the Republic of Iraq in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who paid a farewell visit to Dr. Alissa on the occasion of the conclusion of his term as Consul General to the Kingdom.
