, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, inaugurated the Global Forum for the Authentication of Qur'anic Ijazahs in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur. It was attended by H.E. Senator Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Na’im bin Mokhtar, Minister in the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Office, along with a distinguished group of scholars and specialists in Qur’anic sciences and recitation, as well as a number of male and female students.
