This afternoon, the inaugural events celebrating the World Arabic Language Day—organized by the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language and the Muslim World League (MWL)—were launched at the MWL headquarters in Makkah, in the presence of several prominent Arab and Islamic scholars.

This initiative reflects the MWL’s significant role in promoting and teaching the Arabic language, given its profound symbolism and esteemed place in the hearts of Muslim communities—as the language of revelation, the voice of Islamic civilization, and a central pillar of identity.

We honor the Arabic language as a vital pillar of our identity and as a bridge for communication, understanding, and cultural enrichment with peoples around the world.
