H.E. Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, hosted H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa , Secretary-General of the MWL, at the Prime Minister’s Office in Islamabad

H.E. Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, hosted H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa , Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, at the Prime Minister’s Office in Islamabad for a working dinner held on the occasion of His Excellency’s visit to Pakistan, during which they discussed a number of issues of Islamic and international significance.

H.E. Sheikh Dr. Al-Issa commended the significant and important role being played by the Government of Pakistan, under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, in helping avert war between the United States and Iran through peaceful solutions that embody the highest ideals of international diplomacy.

His Excellency also expressed his appreciation to the Prime Minister for his kind sentiments toward the Muslim World League, the warm welcome and generous hospitality extended to the MWL delegation, and his congratulations on H.E. the President’s approval of the National University’s decision to confer upon H.E. Sheikh Dr. Al-Issa an Honorary Doctorate in the Philosophy of International Relations.
