Auckland, New Zealand: Dr Al-Issa Hosted at New Zealand's Religious Diversity Leaders Forum

New Zealand's religious diversity leaders hosted Dr Al-Issa at the Forum on Citizenship and Shared Living, attended by representatives of various faiths and prominent community figures from across the country.

Dr Al-Issa underscored the importance of preventive peace initiatives, mutual understanding and cooperation, and shared awareness around common principles, both universal humanitarian values and the national values that reflect New Zealand's diversity.

He also highlighted MWL initiatives including "Building Bridges Between East and West," launched at UN Headquarters in New York, and "Protecting Global Youth from Extremist and Violent Ideologies," launched at the UN Office in Geneva, outlining the practical programmes and measurable outcomes that followed. He commended New Zealand for its strong national cohesion and social solidarity.
